The pancakes are the beast breakfast in the world, I love pancakes.
The pancakes are a typical breakfast from USA,usually you can eat them with maple syrup.
To make the dough for the pancakes, just need sugar, flour, eggs, milk, a little yeast and vanilla essence.
They are easy to make but when you pass them in the pan, you have to take them out at the right time, that’s when bubbles start to come out of the pancake.
You can eat them with maple syrup, which is the most typical, but I always eat them with Nutella, which is better for me, you can also put cream or condensed milk.
The pancakes are fluffy because I can have yeast, I think that if you don’t use yeast it wouldn’t be just as fluffy.
My family and I always eat pancakes on weekends, or holidays, because it takes time to make them and on weekends we have plenty of time.
Its shape and structure vary around the world. In the UK they are usually unleavened, and look like a pancake. In North America yeast powder is commonly used, creating thick, loose pancakes.
